The “Trademark Representative Switch” service refers to the replacement of the legal representative designated to act on behalf of a company or individual during the trademark registration process with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI). For clients who are not yet represented by us at the INPI, this service is essential in order for us to act on your behalf and handle all needs related to trademark registration. All federal fees are included in this service.
